Woodpecker Electro

Yunkui Tales is the only set worth considering. The 2-piece gives HP%, and the 4-piece stacks up to 12% CRIT Rate plus +10% Sheer DMG thanks to his constant EX Special Attacks. The recommended pairing is 2-piece Woodpecker Electro (+8% CRIT Rate), especially if you don't have his signature.

King of the Summit is the best Stun set and fits Dialyn especially well: she always clears the 50% CRIT Rate threshold and uses cheap EX Special Attacks constantly. Pair it with 2-piece Woodpecker Electro while below 100% CRIT Rate, since CRIT Rate above 50% also turns into Impact.

Strongest with Dialyn: she gives Ellen an Ultimate in every Stun window (even two), so this set's ATK and Ultimate DMG buffs are always used. Without Dialyn, its 12s duration usually can't cover a full Stun window.

The top choice for an on-field CRIT-scaling main DPS: extra CRIT Rate and plenty of ATK under easy conditions. Besides Puffer Electro, 2-piece Branch & Blade Song, Fanged Metal, Astral Voice or Hormone Punk also work.

Dawn's Bloom is her best set since most of Seed's damage comes from Basic Attacks; it grants up to 55% Basic Attack DMG and is easy to maintain. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro is almost always the best pairing since high CRIT Rate is hard to reach on her.

Her best set. Shadow Harmony boosts Aftershock and Dash Attack DMG by 15% and, at full stacks, adds 12% CRIT Rate and 12% ATK. She keeps full stacks up permanently with ease. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro adds 8% CRIT Rate.

Best when you have Dialyn: one Chain Attack turns into an Ultimate right at the start of the combo and her Decibel Ultimate comes later, so the buff stays up for the whole Stun. Without Dialyn it falls off, since Soldier 11 relies on double Chain Attacks; Astra Yao can partly make up for it with extra Chains.

Yunkui Tales is the only truly viable 4-piece. Billy maintains it easily with Cool Wheelie, but keep using it during long phase transitions so the buff doesn't drop. Pair it with 2-piece Woodpecker Electro until your CRIT Rate is capped.

Yunkui Tales is her strongest set: HP% from the 2-piece, while her tentacles, EX Special Attacks, Chain Attacks and Ultimate keep the 4-piece (12% CRIT Rate, +10% Sheer DMG) up almost permanently. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro is the recommended pairing.

The best and practically only set: 2-piece Yunkui Tales gives HP, and the 4-piece grants up to +12% CRIT Rate from EX Special Attacks, Chain Attacks and Ultimates plus +10% Sheer DMG at full stacks. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro adds 8% CRIT Rate.

A strong set for CRIT-based Ether DPS: the 2-piece adds Ether DMG and the 4-piece grants CRIT DMG that stacks further whenever Corruption deals damage (about 53% total at best). Needs another Ether applier such as Nicole to use fully.

Strongest when enemies stay Shocked. It gives +28% combat ATK for as long as Shock lasts, multiplying all of Anton's ATK. It fits an on-field playstyle, for example with Trigger. Hormone Punk or Puffer Electro can fill the 2-piece slot.

Very strong thanks to its huge CRIT Rate bonus, but it's niche. Even mono-Fire teams struggle to keep Burn up long enough. Only use it with strong Anomaly builders like Yuzuha or Burnice.

The best set. Crouching Shot and Rolling Shot both count as Basic Attacks, and with frequent Dodge Counters you can easily hold at least 2 stacks. During Stun, his EX Special replaces the Dodge Counter stack.

Best with Dialyn. Corin always has the Puffer Electro buff during her burst, and you can even keep it through the whole Stun by staggering Dialyn's converted Ultimates with Decibel Ultimates. Without Dialyn it usually falls behind.

Yunkui Tales is the most consistent set: HP% from the 2-piece and up to 12% CRIT Rate plus Sheer DMG from the 4-piece. Its stacks are hard to keep outside Stun since his EX Special is expensive, but one EX Special and two Chain Attacks max it for the whole combo. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro is the recommended pairing.

A competitive choice in most situations. The +8% CRIT Rate brings you closer to the 200% cap. It only has value until you reach that cap. Once your CRIT Rate is covered, switch to the 2-piece sets below.

Use 2-piece Woodpecker Electro (+8% CRIT Rate) when you're short on CRIT; a good fit for teams without Dialyn.

Use 2-piece Woodpecker Electro (+8% CRIT Rate) if you haven't reached the 50% King of the Summit requires.

Use 2-piece Woodpecker Electro (+8% CRIT Rate) if you haven't reached your CRIT Rate target, which is common with W-Engines that lack CRIT stats.

Use 2-piece Woodpecker Electro (+8% CRIT Rate) when you're below 100% CRIT Rate so her Core Passive reaches its full value.

Use 2-piece Woodpecker Electro when you're short on CRIT Rate: you need about 72% on the stat screen (57% with Nicole).

An alternative when Harumasa plays mostly with non-Electric Agents: ATK when his Basic Attacks, Dodge Counters or EX Specials crit, while 2-piece Shadow Harmony adds 15% Dash Attack DMG.

With her signature and enough HP from substats, you can use a damage-oriented 2-piece such as Woodpecker Electro, Hormone Punk or Chaotic Metal.

A personal-damage route: Shadow Harmony boosts Aftershock DMG and stacks ATK and CRIT Rate whenever her Electric Aftershocks land, while 2-piece Woodpecker Electro adds 8% CRIT Rate, which also means more Daze through her Additional Ability.

Use 2-piece Woodpecker Electro if those pieces have better substats, but be careful not to overcap CRIT Rate and favor CRIT DMG substats.

A general-purpose set for any team: extra CRIT Rate toward the 80% threshold and ATK when her Basic Attacks, Dodge Counters or EX Specials crit. A 2+2+2 mix of Inferno Metal, Woodpecker Electro and Branch & Blade Song also works purely for stats.

2-piece Woodpecker Electro adds CRIT Rate for personal damage, but losing the Energy Regen weakens Zeroed In; only use it if your Energy Regen is covered elsewhere.
