Playstyle Overview

Soldier 0 - Anby is an Electric Attack DPS. Her attacks apply and charge the Silver Star mark, and every third of charge gives the target 1 stack of White Thunder. You press Special to use Azure Flash, which consumes a stack for an extra Aftershock. Three of those on the same enemy call down Thunder Smite.

Her Core Passive raises her damage against Silver Star targets and boosts Aftershock CRIT DMG, so CRIT stats are very valuable. Her Additional Ability needs a Stun or Support teammate and boosts the whole team's Aftershock DMG by 25%, which is why she works best with Trigger, Orphie or Pulchra. In return, she relies on Dodge Counters and lacks good F2P W-Engine options.

Clearly the best choice. It gives a huge amount of CRIT DMG from both its passive and its stacks, which she keeps up permanently through Basic Attacks, Special Attacks and Aftershocks. Full stacks also add 20% Electric DMG.

CRIT DMG is increased by 30%. When the equipper lands a hit with a Basic Attack, Special Attack, or Aftershock, they gain 1 stack of a buff. Each stack increases the equipper's CRIT DMG by an additional 10%, stacking up to 3 times. The effect lasts for 30s, with each stack's duration calculated separately, and can only be triggered once per use of a skill. With all 3 stacks, the equipper's Electric DMG increases by 20%.

Seed's signature is excellent thanks to its huge CRIT Rate, extra Electric DMG and 20% DEF ignore on Basic Attacks and Ultimate at full stacks. It's very easy to go over 100% CRIT Rate, so keep to about 4–5 CRIT Rate substats.

Increases CRIT Rate by 15%. When the equipper deals DMG with a Basic Attack or EX Special Attack, they gain 1 stack of a buff. Each stack increases the equipper's Electric DMG by 12.5% up to 2 stacks. Each stack lasts 40s. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.

Can trigger once per use of a skill. At 2 stacks, the wearer's Basic Attack and Ultimate DMG ignore 20% of enemy DEF.

Evelyn's signature works as a solid stat stick thanks to its flat CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, even though she can't use its in-combat effect.

CRIT DMG increases by 50%. When the equipper enters the battlefield, or activates a Chain Attack or Ultimate, they gain 1 stack of Heartstring. Each stack of Heartstring allows the equipper's Chain Attack and Ultimate to ignore 12.5% of the target's Fire RES, stacking up to 2 times and lasting 30s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.

A reasonable pick for CRIT-based Agents, especially when the team applies Anomalies often enough to keep its second ATK bonus active.

When an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack hits an enemy, the equipper's ATK increases by 6% for 8s. While the target is under an Attribute Anomaly, this effect is increased by an additional 6%.

The F2P option for any Attack Agent, with flat ATK% plus an ATK buff after a Dodge Counter or Quick Assist. Her Stun-window burst doesn't naturally include either, so you have to refresh it deliberately.

CRIT is worth more on Soldier 0 - Anby than on most characters. Her Core Passive gives Aftershocks extra CRIT DMG based on her own CRIT DMG. The CRIT Rate target below is measured before her Additional Ability and Shadow Harmony, since both add more in combat. With Cordis Germina, limit your CRIT Rate substats so you don't go over 100%.

Level her Core Skill first to raise her damage and CRIT DMG against Silver Star targets. Special Attack (Azure Flash, Thunder Smite and her EX Special) is the source of her Aftershocks and main damage, followed by Chain Attack/Ultimate and then Basic Attack. Dodge mostly matters for her Dodge Counter, and Assist comes last.

Most Used Teams Right Now

Her most used team in both Shiyu Defense and Deadly Assault. Trigger and Orphie deal off-field Aftershock damage and even generate extra Silver Star, so Anby gets all the field time. Orphie adds ATK and DEF ignore on Aftershocks, while Trigger Stuns and raises the Stun DMG Multiplier.

The second most used team. Astra Yao replaces Orphie, bringing ATK, DMG and CRIT DMG buffs, Quick Assists and healing for almost no field time.

The Cunning Hares trio with Soldier 0 - Anby in place of Billy. Anby Stuns and Nicole shreds enemy DEF.

Best Bangboo for Soldier 0 - Anby

Mercury is the main pick with Trigger and Orphie (needs 2 Defense Force members, and Soldier 0 - Anby counts). Its Active Skill grows stronger whenever the team deals Aftershock DMG. Plugboo and Electroboo fit teams with at least 2 Electric Agents, and Bagboo boosts its Bangboo Chain Attack when an Attack Agent is present.

In the F2P team, Electroboo is the main pick since both Anbys are Electric. Booressure, Sumoboo, Knightboo and Avocaboo also work.

Mindscape Cinema

Which Mindscapes Are Worth It?

M2 is the best stopping point if you invest further. It adds CRIT Rate and lets her chain Azure Flash after her Ultimate without rebuilding White Thunder. M4 and M6 add significant damage on top, while M1 is only a minor improvement. M3 and M5 only add skill levels.

M1
Her EX Special Attack instantly triggers White Thunder's extra DMG 3 times without consuming stacks, enough to call an extra Thunder Smite. It's convenient, but not a big upgrade.
M2
She gains +12% CRIT Rate. Her Ultimate grants 6 stacks of Thunder's Cry, which Azure Flash consumes instead of White Thunder, so she can unleash a full Azure Flash sequence without ramping up again.
M4
She ignores 12% Electric RES on Silver Star targets, a steady damage increase for every hit.
M6
Every 6 instances of White Thunder's extra DMG create an electromagnetic vortex dealing 1,000% ATK Electric DMG to the target and nearby enemies (counted as Aftershock DMG). It's excellent against groups.

Static ChargeRecommended

When Soldier 0 - Anby uses an EX Special Attack to hit an enemy, it triggers the additional DMG from White Thunder 3 times. This effect does not consume any White Thunder stacks.

With Thunder's Cry, when using Special Attack: Azure Flash to hit an enemy with White Thunder, it will consume 1 stack of Thunder's Cry instead.

Only 1 stack of Thunder's Cry will be consumed when a single use of a skill hits multiple enemies, and consuming Thunder's Cry will still activate the additional DMG from White Thunder.

Story

Agent Profile: Anby

Anby, the original member of Gentle House.

According to the New Eridu resident records, her identity as "Anby Demara" only exists after joining Gentle House, the name obviously being taken from Nicole. Before registering as an employee of Gentle House, all data relating to Anby is suspiciously blank.

Despite her extreme lack of common sense, Anby is well-versed in matters related to combat and is among the strongest combatants of the Cunning Hares.

Anby's greatest interest is movies, of which she likes an extensive range of genres. Due to an excessive obsession, she tends to take the stories in movies as reality.

Contrary to her seemingly emotionless appearance, Anby is easily moved by movie storylines.

Her favorite food is hamburgers because "they contain protein, carbs, and greens, taste good, and are even affordable — there's nothing else besides hamburgers."

Rumors suggest Nicole found Anby near the ruins of the old capital and took her in because she was impressed by her formidable combat abilities.
