Increases CRIT Rate by 15%. When the equipper deals DMG with a Basic Attack or EX Special Attack, they gain 1 stack of a buff. Each stack increases the equipper's Electric DMG by 12.5% up to 2 stacks. Each stack lasts 40s. The duration of each stack is calculated separately.

Can trigger once per use of a skill. At 2 stacks, the wearer's Basic Attack and Ultimate DMG ignore 20% of enemy DEF.

Best in slot: Seed has no innate CRIT Rate, so its large CRIT bonus makes her much easier to build; it also adds Electric DMG and 20% DEF ignore on Basic Attacks and Ultimate at 2 stacks, pairing well with DEF shredders like Trigger and Nicole.

Best by a slight margin: a huge amount of CRIT Rate, and at 2 stacks her Basic Attacks and Ultimate ignore 20% DEF. The Electric DMG bonus is wasted on Zhu Yuan, but she makes excellent use of the DEF ignore.

Its CRIT Rate is only about 5% behind Deep Sea Visitor, and its DEF ignore applies to Basic Attacks and her Ultimate, her two main damage sources, with near-permanent uptime and no effort.

Works as a stat stick: Evelyn generates lots of Decibels from Chain Attacks and has an Ultimate in most Stuns, so its DEF ignore pays off. Its CRIT Rate is so high that overcapping is easy, so build carefully.
