Her best set by a long shot. Astra stacks it quickly through the stream of Quick Assists she creates and keeps it up indefinitely, so it beats 4-piece Swing Jazz in both strength and uptime. Pair it with 2-piece Swing Jazz or Moonlight Lullaby (recommended, both +20% Energy Regen).

Her best set in Wind teams (with Velina). There, getting more reactions beats small damage gains, and Burnice regenerates Energy fast enough to keep the 4-piece up. For the 2-piece, Swing Jazz or Moonlight Lullaby add Energy Regen, which her Awakened Potential scales with.

The standard set for most teams. Most of Cissia's damage is Basic Attack damage and she uses EX Specials constantly, so the effect is always up. 2-piece Swing Jazz (or Moonlight Lullaby) adds the Energy Regen needed to max her DEF ignore. Branch & Blade Song or Woodpecker Electro also work if their substats are better.

King of the Summit is the natural choice: Norma easily exceeds 50% CRIT Rate and her cheap EX Special Attack keeps the buff up. Once at 100% CRIT Rate, pair it with an Energy Regen 2-piece like Swing Jazz or Moonlight Lullaby for more EX Special Attacks.

Shadow Harmony is the best set for Orphie's personal damage, needs almost no upkeep and makes capping CRIT Rate easier. An Energy Regen 2-piece is always needed; Swing Jazz is the recommended one.

The only sensible 4-piece: Sunna can split her two EX Specials to keep it up permanently, even without her signature. 2-piece Swing Jazz is preferred, since her low base Energy Regen makes every bit of Energy count.

Wuthering Salon is made for Velina and far ahead of any other set: Wind DMG, Anomaly Proficiency and a DMG bonus after triggering Windswept. Pair it with 2-piece Swing Jazz (+20% Energy Regen), which her Core Passive turns into DMG and Anomaly Mastery.

The best support set right now: its buff triggers off Quick Assists, which Seth creates often. At 2 stacks it matches 4-piece Swing Jazz, and at 3 stacks it pulls clearly ahead. 2-piece Swing Jazz adds Energy; Freedom Blues or Chaos Jazz also work.

Once you reach 100% CRIT Rate, use 2-piece Swing Jazz (+20% Energy Regen) for more EX Special Attacks, which means more Daze and more Positive Reviews.

Swap 2-piece Shockstar Disco for 2-piece Swing Jazz (+20% Energy Regen) to use his EX Special more often; the Energy spent also refills his Morale faster.

Once your HP is covered, 2-piece Swing Jazz (+20% Energy Regen) gives extra EX Special Attacks outside Stun for Daze or better timing; also fine when those pieces have better substats.

The second option for non-Anomaly teams: 15% squad DMG for 12s after a Chain Attack/Ultimate, plus extra Energy Regen.

Swap in 2-piece Swing Jazz (or Moonlight Lullaby) for more Energy, but you'll need a lot of HP substats to still hit the HP threshold.

Swap in 2-piece Swing Jazz for extra Energy Regen, letting him use his EX Special Attack and refresh his buff more often.

EX Special Attacks cut the target's Electric Anomaly Buildup RES by 20% and the 2-piece adds Anomaly Proficiency; 2-piece Swing Jazz lets her cast EX Specials more often. Good when the team needs someone to carry this RES shred.

A pure Daze setup: Shockstar Disco raises Impact and the Daze of her regular attacks, while 2-piece Swing Jazz adds Energy Regen for more EX Specials and more Furnace Fire. Use it until you have good King of the Summit pieces.
