Playstyle Overview

Rina is a standard-banner S-Rank Electric Support who is easy to obtain yet remains a competitive pick for most DPS. While Drusilla and Anastella are out attacking, her Core Passive gives teammates PEN Ratio based on Rina's own PEN Ratio (up to 30%). With another Electric or Victoria Housekeeping Agent on the team, she also extends Shock and raises the squad's Electric DMG.

You bring her in, send both Bangboo out with an EX Special Attack, Chain Attack or Ultimate, then leave the field. Stack PEN Ratio (Disc 5) and Energy Regen (Disc 6). The downsides: she struggles to keep the buff up at all times before M1, leans on her signature W-Engine, and is less effective in teams that already shred DEF.

Her signature and by far the most used: the PEN Ratio main stat pushes her Core Passive buff higher, and it adds off-field Energy Regen and a squad DMG amp on struck targets. At S5 it performs about 6.6% better and gives more Energy, making the buff easier to maintain.

Punishment ›

While off-field, the equipper's Energy Regen increases by 0.6/s. Attacks from the equipper enhances the squad's DMG against a struck target by10% for 3s. During this period, this effect is further increased by 1.7% every 0.5s, up to a maximum additional increase of 10.2%. Repeated triggers only refreshes its duration without refreshing the DMG increase effect. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

A great match because Drusilla and Anastella count as friendly units, so Rina alone keeps about 2 stacks of the squad ATK buff almost permanently. Only a few percent behind her S1 signature.

Stampede Accident ›

When any friendly unit in the squad attacks and hits an enemy, all squad member’s ATK increases by 2.5%/2.8%/3.2%/2.6%/4% for 8s, stacking up to 4 times. The duration of each stack is calculated separately, and each friendly unit can provide 1 stack of the buff. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Raises the squad's CRIT Rate when triggering an Attribute Counter, with an Energy Regen main stat.

PEN Ratio sets the strength of her buff: around 72% gives teammates the full 30% at Core Skill level 6. Energy Regen lets her cast EX Special Attacks often to send the Bangboo out and keep the buff up. ATK, Anomaly Proficiency and CRIT are optional personal-damage stats; Proficiency is more useful in Anomaly teams since she triggers a fair amount of Shock herself.

Anby and Rina are both Electric, so they activate each other's Additional Abilities; Anby Stuns while Rina capitalizes on Shock and buffs Billy's PEN Ratio.

Best Bangboo for Rina

In the Claret team with Norma, use Ultra Jake (needs an External Strategy Department member), or Booressure, Sumoboo, Electroboo or Plugboo instead. In the Anomaly team, Plugboo is the main pick (with 2+ Electric Agents its Chain Attack builds much more Anomaly), with Safety, Avocaboo or Electroboo as replacements.

In the F2P team, Avocaboo provides healing; Bagboo or Electroboo also work.

During this skill, Drusilla and Anastella are unable to respond to Basic Attack, Dash Attack, Special Attack, or EX Special Attack commands, but can be recalled to Rina's side through Basic Attack: Shoo the Fool.

Upon activating this skill, the other squad members recover 10 Energy. The next character to switch in recovers an additional 20 Energy.

Additional Ability: Banquet of Perfection

When another character in your squad shares the same Attribute or Faction: Increases the duration of Shock inflicted on enemies by any character by 3s. When Shocked enemies are on the field, all squad members' Electric DMG increases by 10%.

Mindscape Cinema

Which Mindscapes Are Worth It?

M1 is the most important upgrade and the best stopping point: it fixes her buff upkeep issue and greatly strengthens the team's PEN Ratio buff. M6 is great in mono-Electric teams, and M4 is decent. M2 only boosts her personal damage, so it has little value; M3 and M5 only add skill levels.

M1
Drusilla and Anastella stay out 5.5s longer before returning, and teammates within 10m receive 130% of her Core Passive buff. The buff becomes both stronger and easier to maintain, a big damage boost for the whole team.
M4
While both Bangboo are deployed, Rina gains 0.5 Energy per second, letting her use EX Special Attacks sooner.
M6
EX Special Attacks, Chain Attacks or Ultimates that hit grant the whole squad 15% Electric DMG for 8s, which is very effective in mono-Electric teams.

Dance DuetRecommended

After being sent out to launch an attack, Drusilla and Anastella stay in place for an additional 5.5s before returning to Rina.

The buff gained from Core Passive: Mini Destruction Partner by characters within 10m is increased to 130%.

"Get your work done, or you're in for a beating!" is how Drusilla tries to encourage everyone.
"Yeah, a beating!" Anastella always chimes in.

Upon entering combat or switching in, Rina's DMG increases by 15% for 12s. This effect can trigger once every 18s.

Rina always has the confidence to excel at anything and the ability to annihilate everything.

However, when it comes to being in the mood to annihilate enemies, both her confidence and capability align.

The effect ends when Drusilla or Anastella returns to Rina.

Drusilla and Anastella can never agree on anything.

Rina, the head maid of Victoria Housekeeping Co., and the most senior member of the organization.

She possesses beauty and grace, appearing immaculate from head to toe, with a noble demeanor and a gentle smile on her face.

She places considerable importance on how she is perceived by others.

Rina is always accompanied by two Bangboo named Anastella (brown hair) and Drusilla (blonde hair), both of whom have distinct personalities.

Drusilla has been with Rina for a significant period of time and displays high intelligence, capable of discerning Rina’s true emotions and thoughts.

Anastella, a recent addition, usually responds rather than initiates conversation and is frequently teased by Drusilla.

Rina’s favorite hobby is cooking, but only a few individuals are capable of enduring the dishes she prepares.
