CRIT DMG is increased by 30%. When the equipper lands a hit with a Basic Attack, Special Attack, or Aftershock, they gain 1 stack of a buff. Each stack increases the equipper's CRIT DMG by an additional 10%, stacking up to 3 times. The effect lasts for 30s, with each stack's duration calculated separately, and can only be triggered once per use of a skill. With all 3 stacks, the equipper's Electric DMG increases by 20%.

Soldier 0 - AnbyPick #1 of 6 · S1

Clearly the best choice. It gives a huge amount of CRIT DMG from both its passive and its stacks, which she keeps up permanently through Basic Attacks, Special Attacks and Aftershocks. Full stacks also add 20% Electric DMG.

EvelynPick #2 of 6 · S1

A functional stat stick: Evelyn uses Special Attacks often outside Stun to build Burning Embers, so she keeps 2 of its 3 stacks. It has no CRIT Rate, so adjust your build to compensate.

Sigrid de L'AzurPick #2 of 6 · S1

One of the few limited W-Engines that fit, since it gives CRIT DMG without CRIT Rate. It needs the occasional Special Attack to keep its stacks, which is awkward when saving resources for Stun; it performs close to S1 The Brimstone.

Ye ShunguangPick #2 of 5 · S1

The best limited W-Engine after her signature: huge CRIT DMG and no CRIT Rate, which makes substats easy to build around. You can hold 2 stacks by using regular Specials between Enlightened Mind states, but 1 stack is already good.

Orphie & MagusPick #3 of 6 · S1

A huge amount of CRIT DMG; Orphie keeps most of the stacks through constant Aftershocks and Special Attacks (realistically around 2 stacks). The Electric DMG bonus is wasted.

AntonPick #3 of 6 · S1

A strong stat stick packed with CRIT DMG. It stacks from Basic and Special Attacks and adds Electric DMG at full stacks, which suits Anton well.

NekomataPick #4 of 5 · S1

A stat stick packed with CRIT DMG; it needs occasional Special Attacks to keep stacks, but the long duration makes that easy.

Soldier 0 - Anby's signature: lots of CRIT DMG, and Soldier 11's Basic Attack-heavy playstyle keeps its stacks up with ease.

A stat stick with plenty of CRIT DMG. It's slightly behind Cloudcleave Radiance because of its lower Base ATK.

A stat stick with lots of CRIT DMG. It's usually behind the other options, but gets better when teammates provide plenty of CRIT Rate (e.g. an S5 Unfettered Game Ball).

HarumasaPick #5 of 6 · S1

Lots of CRIT DMG, but Harumasa doesn't use regular Special Attacks before combos and has no Aftershocks, so it only holds 1 stack; still decent for its raw stats.
