Who Should Use Chaotic Metal

Ranks and notes come from each Agent's build guide on Zenless Builds.

Zhu YuanDisc set #1 of 4

4-pc Chaotic Metal + 2-pc Woodpecker Electro

A strong set for CRIT-based Ether DPS: the 2-piece adds Ether DMG and the 4-piece grants CRIT DMG that stacks further whenever Corruption deals damage (about 53% total at best). Needs another Ether applier such as Nicole to use fully.

VivianDisc set #2 of 3

4-pc Phaethon's Melody + 2-pc Chaotic Metal

2-piece Chaotic Metal (+10% Ether DMG) is a direct damage upgrade; use it when those pieces have better substats.

YixuanDisc set #3 of 3

4-pc Yunkui Tales + 2-pc Chaotic Metal

2-piece Chaotic Metal (+10% Ether DMG) is a fallback if those pieces have better substats.

NicoleDisc set #3 of 4

4-pc Swing Jazz + 2-pc Chaotic Metal

Energy Regen plus a 12s team DMG buff after Chain Attacks or Ultimates, easy to time with Stun windows; 2-piece Chaotic Metal adds Ether DMG. Good when another teammate already holds Astral Voice.
