Dawn's Bloom

The standard set for most teams. Most of Cissia's damage is Basic Attack damage and she uses EX Specials constantly, so the effect is always up. 2-piece Swing Jazz (or Moonlight Lullaby) adds the Energy Regen needed to max her DEF ignore. Branch & Blade Song or Woodpecker Electro also work if their substats are better.

Dawn's Bloom is her best set since most of Seed's damage comes from Basic Attacks; it grants up to 55% Basic Attack DMG and is easy to maintain. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro is almost always the best pairing since high CRIT Rate is hard to reach on her.

Most of her damage comes from enhanced Basic Attacks, so this set is often on par with Hormone Punk and pulls ahead with Mindscapes (especially M1). Use an EX Special Attack right before or at the start of a combo to activate the 4-piece bonus. 2-piece Branch & Blade Song works if you lack CRIT DMG.

A steady Basic Attack DMG boost that suits her empowered 5th Basic Attack after her Potential Unlock; 2-piece Woodpecker Electro adds CRIT Rate. Her costly EX Special makes the 4-piece bonus a little fiddly to manage.

2-piece Dawn's Bloom boosts Basic Attack DMG, but Yidhari already has heavily saturated DMG bonuses, so treat it as a last resort (as with Polar Metal).

A big Basic Attack DMG boost that grows further after an EX Special Attack or Ultimate. 2-piece Swing Jazz adds Energy Regen so he enters Burst Mode more often.

Enhanced Shotshells are fired through Basic Attacks, and her EX Special Attacks/Ultimates both reload and trigger this set's extra bonus. 4-piece The Sky Ablaze is also a usable alternative.

Billy uses Basic Attacks constantly, so he gets a lot out of the Basic Attack DMG bonus. 2-piece Woodpecker Electro adds CRIT Rate.
