Increases Anomaly Buildup Rate by 40%. When the equipper deals Ether DMG, their Anomaly Proficiency increases by 20 for 5s, stacking up to 6 times. This effect can trigger once every 0.5s, and repeated triggers reset the duration.

Vivian's signature gives lots of Anomaly Proficiency, and since all of Aria's attacks are Ether, its stacks stay maxed. Anomaly Buildup Rate doesn't raise her Abloom ratio, but in Vortex teams (with Velina) it becomes her best option, about 2–7% ahead of her signature.
