When the equipper consumes at least 20 Energy in a single instance, every 20 Energy consumed grants 3s of a buff: when dealing Electric DMG, ignore 28% of the target's DEF. Repeated triggers extend the duration, up to a maximum of 30s. When entering combat, gain 10s of this buff. While the equipper is not the active character, the duration no longer decreases.

Her signature and the best choice for personal damage by a wide margin. It has an Energy Regen main stat for her Core Passive, +25% unconditional CRIT Rate and 28% DEF ignore on Electric DMG after spending Energy. The buff timer stops while Cissia isn't the active character, so it's very easy to maintain.

Velina AirgidPick #2 of 6 · S1

Stands in for any S-Rank W-Engine with an Energy Regen main stat (Bellicose Blaze, Metanukimorphosis...). The effect does nothing, but her Core Passive turns the Energy Regen into DMG and Anomaly Mastery, and it fuels more EX Special Attacks; usually the best pick after her signature.
