The best A-Rank option: Energy Regen means more frequent EX Special Attacks, and an Energy Regen Disc 6 makes its effect easier to keep up. It does lack Daze and damage, though.

A craftable engine with high short-term Daze, since Impact scales with stored Energy. It's great for opening fights and strong in Shiyu Defense, but it falls behind in long fights like Deadly Assault.

Craftable: Energy Regen helps you sustain EX Special Attacks, but its Impact bonus requires sitting on high Energy and is hard to use well. Only use it if you lack the two options above.

Needs active Energy management to get full Impact, but its Energy Regen main stat sustains constant EX Special Attacks (his main source of Daze, Anomaly and Decibels, and what keeps King of the Summit up). The best non-limited pick when played well.

A craftable option: Impact scales with accumulated Energy, giving very high burst Daze at the start of a fight but falling behind in long fights. Stronger in Shiyu Defense than in Deadly Assault; still one of the best A-Rank picks.

Pulchra doesn't rely heavily on her EX Special (Evasive Assists can refresh Hunter's Gait), so it's easy to bank Energy and keep the full buff. The spare Energy also helps keep King of the Summit up, so it's a well-rounded choice.

Its Energy Regen is very helpful for keeping EX Specials, and therefore King of the Summit, rolling. Getting its full Impact requires actively banking Energy, so its Daze can fall behind the options above.

An alternative: Impact that scales with accumulated Energy, a generic fit for Stun Agents.

An A-Rank alternative: Impact grows with the Energy he holds and lingers for 8s after it's spent, which works if you bank Energy before his combo.

Works for the same reasons as Hellfire Gears: it's easy to hold enough Energy to max its Impact bonus. Disorder teams that need several EX Specials during Stun can run short on Energy, though.
