Velina AirgidPick #1 of 6 · S1
A cut above the rest: the Energy Regen main stat feeds her Core Passive, it boosts Vortex and Windswept DMG, and at 2 stacks it gives the whole squad Anomaly Proficiency so your allies' Vortexes hit harder.
Effect
Flawless Etiquette
The equipper's Anomaly Proficiency increases by 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110. When the equipper's EX Special Attack deals Wind DMG, the DMG dealt by their Vortex and Windswept increases by 7% / 8% / 9% / 10% / 11% for 40s, stacking up to 2 times. Repeated triggers reset the duration. This effect can trigger once per skill use. At 2 stacks, all squad members gain 60 / 69 / 78 / 87 / 96 Anomaly Proficiency. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
