The equipper's Electric Anomaly Buildup Rate increases by 30%. When Special Attacks or EX Special Attacks hit enemies suffering an Attribute Anomaly, the equipper's Anomaly Proficiency increases by 75 for 15s. When the equipper's Anomaly Proficiency is greater than or equal to 375, Disorder DMG inflicted by the equipper increases by 25%.

Her signature and best option: an ATK% main stat, +30% Electric Anomaly Buildup Rate, extra Anomaly Proficiency when Special Attacks hit Anomaly-afflicted enemies, and +25% Disorder DMG (Polarity Disorder included). S5 is about 18% stronger than S1. The Disorder bonus only applies to Yanagi herself, so the alternatives aren't far behind.

A higher ATK% main stat than A-Rank options, which may allow an Anomaly Proficiency Disc 4. It gives less Proficiency than Weeping Gemini, so it does better with weak substats but falls behind on well-rolled builds.
