Starlight - BillyPick #1 of 6 · S1

Best in slot by a clear margin. It has an HP% main stat, an unconditional +20% CRIT Rate and stacking Physical Sheer DMG whenever he uses a Special Attack, which stays up without any effort. It's especially valuable since Rupture Agents lack good alternatives.
